At Rizzleee: Social Insight, we understand that your conversations are deeply personal. Protecting your privacy is our highest priority. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide when using our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect and Its Purpose

A. User-Uploaded Content (Chat Screenshots)

The core function of Rizzleee is to analyze chat screenshots you voluntarily provide.

• Data Type: Images or text extracted from screenshots.
• Purpose: To provide emotional analysis, subtext decoding, and relationship insights.
• Handling: We do not access your photo library without your explicit "Limited" or "Full" permission. We only process the specific images you select for analysis.

B. Extracted Metadata

When an image is processed, we may extract text and basic metadata (such as timestamps or sender/receiver positions) to reconstruct the dialogue for the "Visual Logic Mapping" feature.

C. Usage Analytics

We collect anonymous telemetry data (e.g., app version, device model, frequency of feature usage). This data is used solely for bug fixing and improving app performance. It is never linked to the content of your analyzed chats.

2. Data Processing and AI Disclosure

A. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Rizzleee utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) provided by trusted third-party partners (such as OpenAI or Google Gemini) to perform linguistic and emotional analysis.

• Data Masking: Before sending text to AI engines, we remove or de-identify personally identifiable information (PII) where possible.
• No Training: We ensure through our API agreements that your private data is not used to train the third-party providers' general AI models.

B. Encryption and Transmission

All data transmitted between your device and our processing servers is secured using Industry-standard SSL/TLS (Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security) encryption.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

• Ephemeral Processing: We prioritize "in-memory" processing. Original raw screenshots are not permanently stored on our servers longer than is required to generate the analysis report.
• User-Controlled History: Your analysis history is stored on your device and synced securely to your account. You have the right to delete any analysis record at any time. Once deleted, the data is wiped from our active databases.
• Account Deletion: If you choose to delete your Rizzleee account, all associated data, including history and profile information, will be permanently purged within 30 days.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or conversation history with third-party advertisers or data brokers. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the app:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Secure hosting services (e.g., AWS or Google Cloud).
• AI Engine Providers: Secure API calls to perform the core analysis.

5. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Right to Access: You can view your analysis history within the app.
• Right to Erasure: You can delete your data or account at any time.
• Right to Opt-Out: You can choose not to provide screenshots, though this will limit the app's functionality.

6. Children's Privacy

Rizzleee is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 17 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes via in-app notifications.
